Now this company is terrible also known as fasthosts they ***** on domain names renewing them automatically and taking funds from your bank account using your credit card details.

Their 24 hour hotline should be renamed 24 hour hotline WAIT an utter disgrace. You might not get refunds, in my opinion you may be stung.
